General Objectives
1.To create interest among the students in Geography.
2. To develop the students thinking power about the topic.
3. To develop positive attitudes towards the subject.
4. To enable them to learn the relationship between economics and Geography.
List of Teaching Aids:-
1. General teaching aids:-As usual classroom apparatus like chalk, duster, blackboard, etc.
2. Specific Teaching Aids:- A picture of some resources.
Introduction of the lesson plan, topic-Economic Geography
Assumed previous knowledge:-
It is assumed that pupils already have some knowledge about the topic in relation to previous classes or any other classes.
Teacher's Activities:-
The teacher will enter the classroom with a smiling face and greet students. Then he/she will arrange the classroom if necessary.
After that, the teacher will ask the following questions to motivate the students.
Questions:-
1. What are the part of a social science book?
2. From which part provides us with the knowledge of money?
3. From which part provides us with the knowledge of Earth, Atmosphere, etc.?
Pupils' Activities:-
The pupils will listen to the teacher and answer the questions asked by the teachers.
Expected Answers:-
1. Economics, Geography, Political Science, and History.

Announcement of the lesson by the teacher:-
Being satisfied with the answers, the teacher will announce the topic and write it on the top of the blackboard as-
"Economic Geography"
The pupils will write down the topic in their respective copies.

1. Teaching points:- Definition and subject matter of economic geography.
2. Specific Objectives:- To provide knowledge about economic geography.
3. Teacher's Activities:-
After the announcement, the teacher will explain the topic one by one with the help of TLM and ask the questions for continuous evaluation.
Geography is broadly divided into two division-Physical geography and human geography. Economic geography is one of the branches of human geography. The branch of geography in which the study of human activities associated with production, distribution, consumption known as economic geography.
After discussion in detail, the teacher will ask the following questions-
Questions:-
1. How many types of Geography?
2. What are the things discussed in economic geography?
Pupils' Activities:-
The pupils will listen to the teacher's explanation attentively and try to answers the questions asked by the teacher.
Expected Answers:-
1. Two- Physical geography and human geography.
2. Resources and all the phenomena relating to various activities of man.
Learning outcomes:-
The pupils will understand economic geography.
Teaching point:- Major branches of economic geography.
Specific Objectives:-
To enable to students about the major branches of economic geography and them eager to know more about it.
Teacher's Activities:-
After completing the first teaching point, the teacher will explain the second teaching point.
The main branches of economic geography are-1. Agriculture geography like factors associated with agricultural activities, distribution, crop production, etc.
2. Industrial geography:-Here, factors are associated with production in industrial goods, distribution, marketing, etc.
3. Transport Geography:-Here resources associated with transport systems.
4. Geography of resources:-Here factors is associated with resource exploration and production of resources.
5. Geography of marketing:-Here factors are associated with need and establishing marketing, distribution of markets, etc. Are studies.
Questions:-
1. What are the branches of economic geography?
2. What do you mean by the branch of transport geography?
Pupils' Activities:-
The pupils will listen to the teacher's explanation carefully and try to answers the questions asked by the teacher.
Closure of the lesson plan social science
Teacher's Activities:-
After the presentation, the teacher will sum up the day's lesson and briefly enumerate the following points once again and clarify the doubts of the students if arise.
After recapitulation, the teacher will give the following questions as homework.
Questions
1. How many types of geography?
2. What are the things discussed in economic geography?
3. What are the branches of economic geography?
After completing the homework, the teacher will close the class.
Pupils activities:-
The pupils will listen to the teacher attentively and note the homework
