The government of India has already launched an app "DIKSHA" for the training of all the teachers in India. The training is initiated through Nishtha. The training is called Nishtha training. It is compulsory to attend the Nishtha training by the teachers in a specified period of time. The teachers must undergo training on the Diksha portal or the Diksha app.
On the Diksha app, there are three courses-Secondary curriculum and inclusive classroom, Secondary ICT in teaching-learning and assessment, and Secondary personal social qualities for holistic development. All three courses have their unique identity in every states and union territory in India.
