Reduced Syllabus of class 9 and 10 Seba 2021 22

The Secondary Education Board of Assam has decided to reduce the syllabus of classes 9 and 10 in view of the pandemic situation of covid 19 third wave in 2021. The syllabus is already published by SEBA. The syllabus will be applicable for the session 2021-2022. The students of classes 9 and 10 will have to the new syllabus for the preparation of their final examination at the end of the session.

The decision of reducing the syllabus of the said classes will be really helpful for the students in the pandemic covid 19 situations.

The various topics and the lessons of the classes will not be applicable for the session 2021-22. The students will have to follow the new syllabus for their preparation.

SEBA has decided to reduce the 40% syllabus and the rest 60% of the syllabus will be applicable for the session 2021-22.

Last year the SEBA reduced 30% of the syllabus of class 10 considering the pandemic situation of covid 19 in 2020.

Now in the present year, 2021 SEBA decided to reduce the syllabus of both class 9 and class 10 at the same time.

Although the teachers of secondary level have been doing online classes for the past 2 years the improvement of the students is very poor. Due to the unavailable of mobile phones of the students, the online classes have not been fruitful.

The chief minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, and the education minister Ronuj Pegu of Assam decided to reopen the schools for the higher secondary second year and Degree Final Semester students from the 6th of September, 2021.
